Scrum Master (m/f/d)

Your tasks

As a Scrum Master, you will be part of our R&D Department and responsible for guiding Scrum teams. Below are details of the tasks you get to do:

  • Knowledge-transfer of the Scrum culture and agile development principles to team members and other departments
  • Supervise two Scrum teams to improve the development cycle, with respect to speed, quality and feedback
  • Organising and moderating the internal team meetings (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Burn-Down-Charts, etc.)
  • Identifying and resolving problems and obstacles within the team
  • Acquiring suggestions of improvement over Sprint Retrospectives
  • Cross-team organisation and collaboration with other Scrum Masters
  • Work with Product Owner on Product Roadmap Process

Your profile

You give your best to ensure the Scrum teams work smoothly and successfully together. You are empathetic, pro-active, creative and goal-orientated.

  • Academic education in Intercultural HR Development & Communication Management or Psychology or similar fields
  • Interest in or having knowledge of Scrum Methodology
  • Coaching, mediation, or moderation skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German.

Nice to have

  • Scrum Certification or experience as a Scrum Master 
  • Technical understanding of software development or experience working with development teams
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and other Scrum tools
