Scrum Master (f/m/d)

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT | FULL TIME | IMMEDIATELY | HAMBURG

Your tasks

As a Scrum Master in our Hamburg office, you will be part of our R&D Team and responsible for guiding Scrum teams. You work closely not only with the Product Owner of your teams, but also liaising and interacting with other Scrum Masters and teams of other locations.

What you will do:

  • Supervision of two to three Scrum teams with the objective to improve the development cycle, with respect to speed, quality and feedback
  • Organising and moderating the internal team meetings, such as Sprint Planning, Reviews, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Burn-Down-Charts, JIRA Agile Team Boards, etc.
  • Identifying and resolving problems and obstacles within the team
  • Acquiring suggestions of improvement over Sprint Retrospectives
  • Cross-team organisation and collaboration with other Scrum Masters for the "Communities of Practice" and "Scrum of Scrums"
  • Close collaboration with Product Owner in order to foster the Product Roadmap Process

Your profile

We are looking for a Scrum Master who gives their best to ensure the Scrum teams work smoothly and successfully together.

  • You are empathetic, pro-active, creative and goal-orientated

  • You have strong coaching, mediation, or moderation skills

  • You have interest in and/or possess good technical understanding of software development

  • Experienced as a Scrum Master with proven knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum

  • Academic education in technology related field or psychology or intercultural communication

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and ideally German

Nice to have

  • Scrum Master Certification
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and other Scrum tools
